The Resilience Project is about to start at our school, and all parents are invited to an informative afternoon on Wednesday 5th May from 5.00pm. At 5pm we are offering a free sausage sizzle and game of touch footy followed by the parent presentation in the resource centre at 5:30pm. Students are able to come along with their parents and staff will occupy school-aged children during the presentation.
Former NRL North Queensland Cowboys and Queensland maroons player, Gavin Cooper is coming to Silkwood State School to support our students, teachers and families with the implementation of The Resilience Project within the school.
