The School Opinion Surveys are designed to obtain the views of parents/caregivers, students and school staff from each school on what they do well and how they can improve.
Opinions on the school, student learning, and student wellbeing are sought from a parent/caregiver in all families and students in years 5, 6, 8 and 11 from each state school.
Opinions on the school as a workplace are sought from all school staff and principals. A small number of items are also asked of teaching staff on teaching and learning practices and of principals on departmental support.
The suite of 2021 School Opinion Surveys was open between 15 and 30 July 2021.
